1 / 4 sdt baking soda
1 sendok makan gula merah
garam secukupnya
2 sendok makan dan 2 sendok teh mentega tawar
1-1/4 cangkir buttermilk
1 / 3 gelas santan kualitas baik (santan kental) 1 butir telur, kocok
1 sendok makan dan 1-1/2 sendok teh mentega tawar
5 gram kacang mede
50 gram gula halus
1/2 buah nanas (anda bisa menggunakan buah lainnya)
Dalam food processor atau dalam mangkuk besar, gabungkan tepung gandum, tepung putih, bibit gandum, baking powder, baking soda, gula merah, dan garam.
Potong mentega menjadi potongan kecil dengan pisau, dan tambahkan mentega ke dalam campuran tepung. Aduk sampai campuran menjadi seperti pasir.

1 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons unsalted butter

150 ml of honey
